We have several houses for rent to students in Sheffield. Our houses for rent mainly have four bedrooms and 1 living / dining room. All of our houses for rent are within walking distance of the centre of Sheffield.

All of the houses in Sheffield are fully furnished and equipped. They all have gas central heating and washing machines. They all have CORGI gas safety certificates. Our Sheffield student properties are normally rented from September to August. We rent our houses using our standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement.

If you are a student at either Sheffield University or Sheffield Hallam University, we may well have accommodation suitable for you to rent.
